Sachin Batra

Sachin Batra is real-estate finance professional. At VRB his responsibilities include strategic oversight of the company’s operations: asset acquisition, asset management, capital formation, and administration. Sachin’s prior experience in CRE investing and asset management has resulted in wealth creation for many individual and institutional investors. He has more than $2.5 Billion of transactional and investing experience. Before founding VRB, Sachin had close to 29 years’ experience in investing and asset management of CRE assets, placement of debt & equity, and international sales. Sachin holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Pune University and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University.

Cory Villarreal

Cory is a sales professional. At VRB Capital his responsibilities include asset acquisition and asset management. Cory has been in the real estate industry for more than 6 years. As a realtor, Cory helped many real estate fix-and-flip investors acquire investment properties on and off-market. Cory has also worked as an independent contractor for a construction company helping homeowners improve and rehab their homes. Cory has also led a sales team in the fitness and wellness industry. As a sales professional, Cory provides VRB clients with industry-leading service. Honesty, transparency, and communication being the top priority for VRB clients.

Ajita

Ajita is an Investment Analyst with VRB Capital. Her primary responsibilities includes building financial models, conducting due diligence, and underwriting loan acquisition opportunities. She is a dedicated and versatile professional with a strong passion for finance, research, and comprehensive analysis. She has previously showcased her expertise through internships in building financial models across different industries including real estate, content creation and strategic research. Ajita holds a Bachelor of Management Studies specializing in finance from the University of Delhi.
