VRB Capital may in the future offer a password-protected investor portal and electronic signature capability (including through Zoho Sign) for account access, document execution, and reporting. Use of any such portal will be governed by supplemental terms presented at the time of access, which will address authentication, electronic signature consent under the E-SIGN Act and applicable state law, and account security obligations.

The Site may link to third-party websites, including LinkedIn, and may display third-party images. VRB Capital does not control and is not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.
