Sachin Batra is the Managing Partner and Principal of VRB Capital, a principal-led investment firm focused on residential, multifamily and hospitality mortgage note acquisitions.

At VRB Capital, Sachin provides strategic oversight across asset acquisition, asset management, capital formation, and firm operations. With deep experience in commercial real estate investing and asset management, he has built a disciplined investment platform centered on secured mortgage notes and institutional underwriting standards. Sachin brings more than $2.5 billion of transactional and investment experience spanning commercial real estate acquisitions, debt and equity placement, structured finance, and international capital markets. Over nearly three decades, he has led investments that have generated wealth creation for individual and institutional investors through disciplined execution and asset-backed strategies. Prior to founding VRB Capital, Sachin spent close to 29 years in commercial real estate investing, asset management, capital markets advisory, and global sales leadership roles. Sachin holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Pune University and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University.

This experience enhances his ability to evaluate collateral value and market dynamics within the mortgage note sector.

Vishal holds degrees in Economics and Business from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
